Dear Subscriber,

In last month's issue of Doses of Hope I mentioned to be on the lookout in future issues for exciting announcements. I am excited to share with you a couple of those announcements today!

  1. My Angel Foundation has designed a new t-shirt to help spread organ donation awareness. This t-shirt has a cool tattoo style with the words "Live Now, Give Later – Become an Organ Donor". The t-shirt is only $15 for a limited time (includes Free Shipping). Buy yours today!

  2. My Angel Foundation has launched a statewide campaign called "Mark Yes". The focus of the campaign is to educate the general public about the facts of organ, tissue, and eye donation and how to become officially registered in the Iowa Donor Registry. In conjunction with the campaign, the foundation has launched MarkYes.org and has designed a new brochure to support this campaign.
In this issue of Doses of Hope make sure to read John's inspiring story, Melissa's essay that honors her mother, and the story of two friends, bound together by memories and enriched by the gift of life from one family to another.

Registration for My Angel Foundation's 2009 C.A.R.E. 5K & 10K Run and Walk is now open! Register today and help hundreds of others on May 2, 2009, spread awareness about the importance of organ and tissue donation by commemorating the lives of organ and tissue donors, celebrating the lives of organ and tissue recipients, and recognizing the lives of those waiting for lifesaving transplants!

Thank you for reading this issue of Doses of Hope!

Sincerely,
Ted Cochran
President
